I’ve been looking at this award on everyone else’s blog and praying I got tagged/nominated. Thank you so much, Meghan! I was so excited for the tag!
All of you should go visit her at Whimsical Explorations & Reviews!
I also have to thank the creator, Liam at Hey Ashers, for creating something so unique for us to enjoy and pass on!
The Rules:
- Collect any number of images that you feel represent you as a person—your personality, aspirations, favorite things, anything at all that makes you you.
- Put your chosen images together into a collage of whatever size and shape you find pleasing.
- Share your masterpiece with everyone, in all the places.
- Maybe nominate other bloggers as a way to tell them, “Hey, you, I think you’re awesome, and we should celebrate that awesomeness.”
- Share these rules (and maybe the below tips, if you’re feeling helpful).
Tips:
- Find inspiration by spending (minimum) three hours scrolling through aesthetic Tumblr posts relevant to you.
- Two great places to hunt for pictures are Pinterest and WeHeartIt. Pinterest requires an account; WeHeartIt does not.
- PicMonkey’s collage editor is free to use and doesn’t require an account, heck yes. YouTube has plenty of tutorials on how to use it; I watched this one (which begins with tips on how to find decent photos).
Okay, so here’s my explanation, starting at the top Left:
- A picture of the standing stones used for Starz Outlander. I’m not really watching the television show, mostly because I don’t have Starz, but I have lived and breathed Outlander the book since I was about 15 years old.
- Horses – If there’s something I’ve been known for since I was a wee lassie it’s that I have an obsession with horses. Growing up my room was decorated with horse supplies. I had bits and reigns hanging on my wall. I had a saddle on my desk chair, and I had an imaginary pet horse.
- My bird… all birds, but particularly my Quaker Parrot. They’re feisty babies with big personalities. We have a nice bond, me and the little guy.
- Books! Duh, I’m not sure there’s more to say about that.
- I love going to concerts. It’s odd, since I have anxiety and large crowds are hard for me. Even at concerts I’m nervous and I hate having strangers behind me. It just doesn’t top my love of watching my favorite bands onstage.
- Lastly, I chose Romance, because I love Love Stories of any kind. Television, movies, books. I love them all, I’m a sucker for it all. Love makes the world go round.

This post is so creative!
I’m new to blogging and book reviewing, and am very impressed by your blog. I was wondering if you had any tips for newbie bloggers and book reviewers.
If you have the time, please check out my blog @breenysbooks. I’d love any feedback. Have a wonderful day.

Thank you so much for the nomination!
Awesome pictures. I especially like the parrot. I really enjoy watching wild birds come and go from our garden, but I find they very rarely stay still long enough for me to snap a photo! We’ve had a lot of robins this year and they’re such delicate, pretty things 🙂
I can relate to the anxiety at live gigs. I haven’t been to any in about six years as a result 😦 How do you manage to stay calm at them? Or at least calm enough to get through it? Have you got any gigs lined up for the rest of this year? 😀

I didn’t snap that one, it’s from pixabay. But I’ve gotten some really adorable pictures of my bird. I’m definitely a pet bird lover.
It’s hard to stay calm at a concert. There’s always a steady level of anxiety and I’m overly aware of the people behind me or around me. I think it’s just that I force myself through it because I love having the opportunity to see my favorite musicians.
I can’t wait to see your pictures!

I’m so glad you enjoyed and wanted to do this tag! 😀 I loved this! I feel like there was a time when eveeeerrrrryyyone loved horses, it was like this big craze! Concerts are so much fun! I haven’t been to one in a month, but I’m sure there will be something this summer! 🙂

LOL, it definitely was a craze. Mine started when my Big Sister (Big Brother, Big Sisters of America) took me when I was 8. Then it grew when I did volunteer work at a YMCA camp in the horse barn. It stuck, haha.

Oh wow you really got a lot of exposure with horses. Then again the girls I knew also went and rode horses too. I was never into it. I just couldn’t be bothered, but I would still like to ride one one day; it’s on my bucketlist! 🙂

This is so cool! I knew you liked birds, but didn’t know you also loved horses. 🙂 I also have a hard time with crowds, especially at concerts. “Fortunately” the only one I’ve been to recently was so nosebleed there wasn’t anyone behind me lol. Thanks for the tag! I’ll have to percolate my pictures…

Everywhere you look in my house is either a horse knick knack or a parrot, lol. I love them and my family and friends ran with it. 🙂
I can’t wait to see what you come up with!
