WWW Wednesday #2 | 11/30/16

Welcome to my first WWW Wednesday!

WWW Wednesday is a meme that is currently hosted by the wonderful bloggers at Taking on a World of Words, but it was originally created at A Daily Rhythm. It’s a simple, but fun, meme where you answer three questions on your own blog, and then leave a link to your post in the comment section at Taking on a World of Words!  That way you can see everyone else joining in, and they can come peek at yours!

One question for each W!

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

small-favor

After a bout of romance after romance, I needed something that was completely different.  I’ve been trying to space out my Dresden Files reads, but though this would be the perfect time to squeeze one in, so I did.  It’s nice being back with Harry and the gang.

Another ‘abs’ book, I know.  This is why I needed a romance break.  Rhys Ford is good, but I think I’m burnt out on contemporary romance for a moment.

What do you think you’ll read next?

heartless

I’m really nervous about this one.  I want to read it badly, but I also wasn’t a fan of Lunar Chronicles.  I hope I love it.  I really really want to.

About Birdie

Don’t look for her in any bar, club, crazy raging party, or anywhere there may be a large gathering of strangers. She’s more likely to be found tucked into the corner of the couch watching one of her favorite shows, or preferably under a comforter with her current novel.

  1. I”m nervous for Heartless, too, but also hopeful. I don’t think MM had the stamina to carry such a bulky series with The Lunar Chronicles (thought I know many would disagree,) but I think she could rock a stand-alone.

  2. Love this idea! I might have to begin participating in this meme myself 🙂 I see a lot of bloggers who participate in weekly memes, but I’ve yet to do so. Thanks for sharing ❤
