The Book Titles Tag

Stealing tags has become something of the norm for me.  I can’t help it.  There are so many unique tags out there, and I want to stretch my brain.  Like this one, The Book Titles Tag, where you answer questions using only a book title.  I love it!  So creative!

I found this tag on Kristen Kraves Books, so thanks for posting it so I can steal it Kristen!  She found the tag on booktube channel BooksandLala! I don’t watch booktube, but I’m positive that the channel is spectacular, because Kristen Kraves Books is pretty great and I trust her judgment.  Check them both out.

1. Title that’s the story of your life

Antisocial

This one actually made me laugh.  It fits me to a T.  I’m all about staying at home, and chilling with just my pets and my husband and daughter.  No parties for me.  I’m frequently told I’m antisocial.

2. Title that describes your perfect weekend

breathing

Yes, just staying home (see, antisocial) and doing nothing but being one with my homeness.  Breathing, relaxing, meditating.

3. Title of an adventure you’d like to go on

Blue

Pay no attention to the image, just the words.  “Into the Blue”, it sounds like a cruise… out on the blue ocean.  I know so many people who wouldn’t do a cruise, but I think it sound amazing.

4. Title you want to name your child

Isla

I love the name Isla.  I think it’s beautiful, plus you get the added addition that my Isla would get a Happily Ever After.  Win win.

5. Title of your ideal job

All she Wrote

I think that sums up being an author… right?  That would be my dream job.

6. Title of a place you’d like to visit

Everything

I may be antisocial, but I would love to travel everywhere!  I can list my favorites, but the entire list is long.  I’d love a year of travel, anywhere.

7. Title of your love life

Undivided

My husband and I have been together since we were 16 years old.  I’m pretty confident in saying we are ‘Undivided’.

8. Questions you ask yourself

How to Be a Normal Person

I’m not even being cheeky here, and just trying to sneak it in.  Dealing with anxiety, constantly second guessing myself, being the one who always wants to leave early.  Maybe that’s part of why I loved this book so much.  It makes light of being the awkward one.

9. Title of a kingdom you want to rule OR name

Isle Blood

“The Isle of Blood” – Doesn’t that just sound badass!  It sounds something out of your nightmares.

10. Title you’d name your band.

Romantics

I like The Romantics.  I’m picturing something jazzy… with a Bruno Mars love song kind of vibe.

11. What is your current mood?

Countdown

It’s 2:30, which means two and a half hours left of work.  I can’t stop watching the clock!

12. What is your favorite color?

That was a tough one!  This will have to do.  Green is my favorite color, and this one came the closest.

13. How do you feel about 2017 so far?

Disasterology

I don’t think I need to explain this.  It’s been a shitshow of a year.

14. Where do you want to travel?

Alaska

I’ve wanted to travel to Alaska ever since I saw White Fang with Ethan Hawke.  I’m sure it’s a place I wouldn’t like in reality, too cold, but in my head it’s breathtaking.  I’d have a little home and a wolf too.

15. What are your summer plans?

Not if I see you first

None, lol.  I took my daughter to the beach, and that was it.  I’m Antisocial, remember.  We stayed home!

16. What are your 2017 goals?

My goals for any year is to fill most of my days with happiness.  I want to feel good, and enjoy my family.  I live simply, but I love it.

About Birdie

Don’t look for her in any bar, club, crazy raging party, or anywhere there may be a large gathering of strangers. She’s more likely to be found tucked into the corner of the couch watching one of her favorite shows, or preferably under a comforter with her current novel.

    Omigosh, Birdie, this tag is amazing. I’m in so much love. It definitely provides for some funny and interesting moments with these. XD The Romantics would be such a fun title for a bad. I think it would be super cute and good for some jazz music. I’m with you with Everything, Everything. I want to go everywhere as well. 😀 And Isla really is such a pretty name.     I’ve been on cruises! I wouldn’t want to go on them anymore, but the ones I went on in the past were super fun. You picked a great answer for #6! And awww, #7 is really cute. The Isle of Blood, well it does sound badass, not sure I’d want to rule that place though 😛 I didn’t realize there were more questions! The one I came across had less. I missed out on more fun lol.

      I actually didn’t think it took long at all. Longer than most tags, I guess, but in a fun way. I loved reading my Goodreads book titles and finding ones that suited what I was thinking of. I loved it.
