MIA November

Okay, so I keep setting myself up by thinking everything in my life is getting back to normal.  Every single time something else happens.  I recently posted about taking a surprise week off due to coming down with this seasons flu/plague, but how I was back!

Famous last words, because within days I was in ER with a gallbladder attack.  I ended up being admitted and had my gallbladder removed, forcing me into another week off.  I love to say how now, between my husband and I, we’re down two organs and six toes.  It’s funny, but also (at least right now) it’s exhausting.  Frankly, I need a break somewhere and currently the only thing I can stop thinking about is blogging.  Not forever, obviously.  I love this too much, and I have things planned.  Especially Holiday things.

I’m just going to take November off.  I’m going to take November for some breathing space.  Hopefully by December my husband will be walking, preparing to go back to work, and we will have had 0 catastrophe’s for a few weeks.  Send me all your good thoughts and I’ll be back in a couple weeks.  I love you guys, my blogging/reading friends!

About Birdie

Don’t look for her in any bar, club, crazy raging party, or anywhere there may be a large gathering of strangers. She’s more likely to be found tucked into the corner of the couch watching one of her favorite shows, or preferably under a comforter with her current novel.
