I Hunt Killers by Barry Lyga
Hi Again! I know usually I give book reports about things I’ve already read, but this time I’m going to talk about what I’m currently reading. (Hence, the title.)
Right now, as you can see, I’m reading I Hunt Killers. It’s really good. The main character’s name is Jazz and his father was a famous Serial Killer that has many different nicknames like The Artist, or Green Jack. His real name is William Dent, Billy for short. Jazz and his best friend Howie, who is very funny, try to catch a new killer (not telling you his name, because that would be a spoiler) using the tools and knowledge that Billy taught Jazz as he was growing up. The police don’t want him to help, but he’s going against them to catch the killer; hopefully to atone for what his dad made him do.
Ever since I started this book I got more curious about how accurate the story is. So I started googling the different killers that are mentioned, and they’re all real. The author did a lot of research in order to write this book, and keeps the readers interested. This makes me love the book even more.
I can’t think of something I don’t like about I Hunt Killers.
If you decide to check out this book, or any I’ve reviewed, please comment and let me know.
Oh wow that sounds awesome!!

LOL, thanks! I love it too, actually. Especially since she’s finally at an age that we’re reading some of the same books, and we can connect over them. 🙂
